Description:

        This outsized, pearlescent acorn is one of the fabled artifacts of the Winter Court of the Feywild. It is a potent reminder of the power the fey can hold over the environment.
Critical: +6d8 cold damage, or +6d12 cold damage against creatures with the fire keyword
Property: The Seed of Winter coats your armor in a sheet of ice, granting you +3 AC.
Property: You gain Immunity to Cold and Vulnerable 25 Fire.
Property: You gain a +2 item bonus to Endurance checks and Intimidate checks.
Property: You gain ice walk.
Property: Enemies take a –2 penalty to saving throws against your powers that have the charm or fear keyword.

        Effect: A blizzard erupts in the designated area and continues until the end of your next turn. It grants         concealment, and any creature that starts its turn in the storm takes cold damage equal to your Intelligence         modifier. You can end this effect as a minor action.

There is nothing as sharp as the bite of a vorpal blade. As a thin layer of frost coats the business end of this weapon while crackles with dancing lightning. This blade saps life from its opponent, bestowing you with the creature’s lost vitality.

Property: Whenever you roll the maximum result on any damage die for this weapon, roll that die again and add the additional result to the damage total. If a reroll results in another maximum damage result, roll it again and keep adding.

If you miss again, repeat the attack against a fourth target within 5         squares of the third. Your weapon then returns to your hand.
